To give the uninsured and
underinsured children the
opportunity to have the same
medical care as
the more
fortunate, through
community
and professional
partnerships.

Community
Involvement
To ensure funding goes only to the medical treatment of children, CMA has partnered with
Communities in
Schools. They have two pediatric clinics in the Southern Nevada Area.
CMA is also contracted with Walmart WMS Prescription Division, which enables CMA to
purchase discounted
prescription medication. We are pleased to announce that as
of June 22, 2009, all Wal-Mart pharmacies in the Las Vegas area are
now accepting CMA's Prescription Program.2

CMA has partnered with Clinics In Schools. These pediatric clinics offer free medical care.

Magic of Giving
Since the inception of CMA's
Prescription Drug Program,
November 2008, CMA has filled hundreds of prescriptions, helping hundreds of children begin their recovery process. 75
percent of your monetary gift goes to the uninsured children.
100 percent of all Special Events and Corporate Grant proceeds go directly to the medical treatment of children!

the golf marathon held on April 29, 2009.
